Deskjet Information:
MicroAge no longer offers repair services for Deskjet printers
out of warranty. Since the minimum charge for repair is usually
$150 - $200 per unit, we feel our clients are better served by
purchasing a new printer. If a Deskjet printer is still on
warranty and was sold by MicroAge, we will send the
printer to HP free of charge. For Deskjets not purchased from
MicroAge, we can send them to HP for a minimal shipping and handling
service charge.
NOTE: All Service Work is billed in
one hour increments.
